"Great selection, attitude and helpful making choices as far as needs and costs. We had problems after install that took a while to resolve. After getting the repair it was discovered that is was really a problem in the house. Garett called and had it taken care of which we would have paid for but weren't charged. "My husband and I have been wanting to replace our floors for quite some time. We began looking into different flooring companies and asking friends and family for referrals. Our neighbors recently had their floors replaced with wood floors, and they look incredible. They told us about their experience with Garett and his team, and we called them right away. "Four Years Later and I'm Back!! :) Why? As I have another home now and I want new flooring that reflects me. After trying a local company in Georgetown and Home Depot - I turned to the company I knew and trusted with quality, knowledge and best price (watch those adds for free installs). At the old house, we had the engineered wood floors and tile installed by Floor Centers of Texas and now we need carpet in the new home to start with. I cannot tell you how many people complimented on the floors over the years including potential buyers when we listed the old home. Garett and Tim are the experts on floor products and understand that Texas foundations do move during seasons (yes they do). Garett and Tim will do the work the right way and I know they take care of their customers until all questions are answered even if you change your mind on the color of the carpet within 24 hours. I recommend them-I trust them-and I will not go anywhere else. I stand by this group."

"I had initially called 4 business for carpet quotes (including Floor Centers of TX). I had decided on a Mohawk low VOC carpet and only two places in town carry it. I can't remember what the other business was called but the woman there was short with me on the phone and made me feel as if I was bothering her. I called Floor Center and worked with Garett. I was in sales and was impressed by his friendliness; he was extremely easy to work with. Turns out he is the owner of this small/local business. His quote was beyond significantly less expensive than his competitor (not to mention a great attitude...which goes far with me). The carpet was delivered within a week and his guys came out to install yesterday. They even swept up the dirt under my old carpet (which I really appreciated). They also remembered to offer me the bit of carpet they had left. They were going to glue the carpet down (as I saw them walking in with a large bottle). I asked if they could possibly nail it down (again....prefer to keep chemicals at a minimum) and they nailed it down with no problem. I just had to leave a review for them because I was hesitant since they only had one review on Yelp. I highly recommend them. They do backsplashes too so I will definitely be coming here for that when the time comes. Garett is a good business man!"
